To confirm your booking, kindly transfer a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of your stay to our Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia bank account. Please make the transfer under the same name used for the reservation.

The deposit is a processing fee and, in the event of cancellation, will only be refunded if you have taken out our travel cancellation insurance.

The room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can arrange dinner for you. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.

At the hotel, you have access to an electric charging station (for a fee) to recharge your electric vehicle.

Children staying in their parents’ room (with two full-paying adults) receive the following discounts on the daily rate:

• 0 – 2 years: €15.00
• 3 – 9 years: 50% discount
• 10 – 12 years: 30% discount
• For each additional person in an extra bed: 15% discount

Please note: If you’re staying in the junior suite or booking two rooms with a connecting door, there’s an extra fee of €5.00 per day for each child.

To ensure your holiday at Hotel Pütia is a successful experience all-round, your stay in Val Badia/Gadertal offers numerous inclusive services in areas like leisure, dining, family activities, and more.

All rates are per person and night and include the Pütia half board. If you book the bed and breakfast option, we’ll deduct €12.00 from the half-board rate. The local tax of €3.10 per person (from 14 years) and night is not included in the overnight stay and must be paid on-site. The single supplement in a double room is €20.00 per night.

Please note that rates are subject to change.

• If you cancel up to 1 month before your arrival, we won’t charge any cancellation fees. However, we’ll keep your deposit as a processing fee, which will be refunded only if you’ve taken out our travel cancellation insurance.
• If you cancel between 1 month and 1 week before your arrival, we’ll charge 50% of the total rate.
• And if you cancel within 1 week of your arrival, you’ll be charged 70% of the total rate. 
• In case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing our travel cancellation insurance.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel Pütia! Please bring a blanket or dog bed for your furry friend. Out of consideration for the other guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring your beloved pet into our dining area. We charge a daily cleaning fee of €12.00 for dogs in all room types. Thank you for understanding that we can only accommodate up to 3 dogs at the hotel at any given time.
